AN AMENDMENT to the Montgomery County Zoning Ordinance for the purpose of

-    Enacting two new Commercial/Residential-Mixed Use Zones ("RMX-2C and
RMX-3C Zones").

-    Adding RMX-2C and RMX-3C Zones to the list of zones requiring Division
D-2 project plan approval.

By amending the following sections of the Montgomery County Zoning Ordinance,
Chapter 59 of the Montgomery County Code:

Article 59-C                                        "Zoning District-Regulations"

Division 59-C-11                                 "RMX-Commercial Zones - Commercial/

Residential-Mixed Use Development"

[Effective Date July 5, 1993]

AN AMENDMENT to the Montgomery County Zoning Ordinance for the purpose of

-    allowing uses lawfully existing when a property is placed in the I-4 Zone to be
continued as conforming uses.

By amending the following sections of the Montgomery County Zoning Ordinance,
Chapter 59 of the Montgomery County Code:

Division 59-C-5                                 "Industrial Zones"

Section 59-C-5.44                              "Special Regulations — I-4 Zone"
