Resolution No. 440
A RESOLUTION of the Council of the City of Salisbury to amend the Charter of
the City of Salisbury by adding to the Charter of the City of Salisbury an Article I, Section
SC1-20, Districts, thereby setting forth that the City of Salisbury will be divided into two
voting districts as previously ordered by the Federal District Court of Maryland.
[Section SCl-20 of the Charter of the City of Salisbury, Wicomico County, as found
in the compilation of Municipal Charters of Maryland (1990 Replacement Edition and
1993 Supplement), added.

Resolution No. 441
A RESOLUTION of the Council of the City of Salisbury to amend the Charter of
the City of Salisbury by amending Article II, The Council, Section SC2-2, Qualifications,
of the Charter of the City of Salisbury.
[Section SC2-2 of the Charter of the City of Salisbury, Wicomico County, as found
in the compilation of Municipal Charters of Maryland (1990 Replacement Edition and
1993 Supplement), repealed and reenacted, with amendments.;

Resolution No. 445
A RESOLUTION of the Council of the City of Salisbury proposing the annexation
to the City of Salisbury of a certain area of land situated contiguous to and binding upon
the Northerly Corporate Limits of the City of Salisbury, to be known as the "U. S. Route
13 North, Dashiell-Davis, et al. Annexation", being an area bounded on the West by U.
S. Route 13, being bounded on the North partially by Dagsboro Road and partially by
Avalon Park, being bounded on the South by the lands of Linwood Shockley (59.7 acres
of land, more or less).
