Resolution No. 437

A RESOLUTION of the Council of the City of Salisbury to amend the Charter of
the City of Salisbury by adding to the Charter of the City of Salisbury an Article II,
Section SC2-16, Referendum, thereby permitting the citizens of the City of Salisbury to
have referendum powers with regard to legislation passed by the City Council of the City
of Salisbury.

[Section SC2-16 of the Charter of the City of Salisbury, Wicomico County, as found
in the compilation of Municipal Charters of Maryland (1990 Replacement Edition and
1993 Supplement), added.

Effective Date December 28, 1993]

Resolution No. 438

A RESOLUTION of the Council of the City of Salisbury to amend the Charter of
the City of Salisbury by adding to the Charter of the City of Salisbury an Article IV.
Section SC6-25, Recall of Elected Officials, thereby permitting the citizens of the City of
Salisbury the opportunity to have the ability to remove elected officials from office if
cause for such removal is present.

in the compilation of Municipal Charters of Maryland (1990 Replacement Edition and
1993 Supplement), added.

Resolution No. 439

A RESOLUTION of the Council of the City of Salisbury to amend the Charter of
the City of Salisbury by amending Article II, The Council, Section SC2-3, Salary, and
Article III, The Mayor, Section SC3-3, Salary, of the Charter of the City of Salisbury.

[Sections SC2-3 and SC3-3 of the Charter of the City of Salisbury, Wicomico
County, as found in the compilation of Municipal Charters of Maryland (1990
Replacement Edition and 1993 Supplement), repealed and reenacted, with amendments.
