A Resolution to make Nonsubstantive amendments to the City Charter of Seat Pleasant
as reflected in the Municipal Charters of Maryland, 1983 edition as amended.

[Sections 101 through 1605, inclusive, of the Charter of the City of Seat Pleasant,
Prince George's County, as found in the compilation of Municipal Charters of Maryland
(1990 Replacement Edition and 1993 Supplement), renumbered to be Sections C-101
through C-1605, inclusive.

Sections 203, 205, 206, 609, 1001, and 1002 of the Charter of the City of Seat
Pleasant, Prince George's County, as found in the compilation of Municipal Charters of
Maryland (1990 Replacement Edition and 1993 Supplement), repealed and reenacted,
with amendments.

Effective Date March 1, 1994]

A Resolution to amend Section 312 Emergency Ordinance of the city Charter and as
reflected in the Municipal Charters of Maryland, 1983 edition as amended.

[Section 312 of the Charter of the City of Seat Pleasant, Prince George's County, as
found in the compilation of Municipal Charters of Maryland (1990 Replacement Edition
and 1993 Supplement), repealed and reenacted, with amendments.
