AN AMENDMENT to the Montgomery County Zoning Ordinance to:

(1)     require a forest stand delineation and a forest conservation plan to be
submitted in connection with applications for development plan, project plan,
and site plan approvals;

(2)     require certain findings related to compliance with Chapter 22A, Forest
Conservation - Trees, before a project plan, development plan, or site plan is
approved under Chapter 59;

(3)     make certain stylistic and technical changes and define a term;

(4)     provide a special effective date; and

(5)     generally alter submission and approval requirements relating to tree and
forest conservation and other natural features during the development
approval process.

Subdivision Regulations Amendment No. 91-3

AN ACT to amend the Subdivision Regulations to:

(1)     state certain additional purposes for subdivision regulation, including forest
and tree conservation and protection of environmentally sensitive areas;

(2)     include street trees as a required public improvement;

(3)     authorize additional regulatory controls to protect tree and forest resources,
environmentally sensitive areas, and rare, threatened or endangered species;

(4)     amend certain filing requirements, specifications, and supporting data
applicable to preliminary plans and record plats;

(5)     provide that the Planning Board must not approve a preliminary plan of
subdivision until all requirements of Chapter 22A applicable to approval of a
forest conservation plan are satisfied;

(6)     authorize the Planning Board to adopt certain regulations;
