(7)     authorize the Planning Board to grant a variation from Chapter 50 to promote
forest and tree conservation and to protect other environmentally sensitive
areas;

(8)     add forest conservation as a purpose for allowing residential cluster
subdivision;

(9)     make technical and stylistic changes and provide a special effective date; and

(10)   generally provide greater environmental protection at the time of subdivision
approval.
