AN ACT to:

(1)     establish a solid waste disposal district;

(2)     establish a systems benefit charge and provide for variable rate charges to
promote waste reduction;

(3)     provide more specifically and equitably for the collection of solid waste
disposal charges; and

(4)     generally amend the law regulating solid waste collection and disposal.

Zoning Text Amendment No. 91016

AN AMENDMENT to the Montgomery County Zoning Ordinance for the purpose of

clarifying that private educational and artistic instruction conducted in the
home by a resident of the home is not a private educational institution.

clarifying that private educational and artistic instruction is to be regulated as
a home occupation.

By amending the following sections of the Montgomery County Zoning Ordinance,
Chapter 59 of the Montgomery County Code:
