AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect CHAPTER 398 (Senate Bill 1030) AN ACT concerning Vehicle Laws - Dealers - Advertising FOR the purpose of prohibiting a dealer or certain other persons from placing on a vehicle an insignia, logo, or other plate BY adding to Article - Transportation Section 15-313(c) Annotated Code of Maryland (1984 Replacement Volume and 1985 Supplement) SECTION 1.
