AN AMENDMENT to Division 59-C, title "Zoning Districts -
Regulations", Section 59-C-l, title "Residential Zones,
One-family", Section 59-C-l.32, title "Development Standards", to
amend footnote #1 to exempt certain lots in the RE-2C Zone that
are created for children, or spouses of children, or parents of
the owner from the minimum area and dimensional requirements of
the RE-2C Zone; and to Division 59-A, title "In General",
Section 59-A-2, title "Definitions and Interpretations" to add
definitions of a child and a parent.

Adopted November 27, 1984.

ORDINANCE NO. 10-41

AN AMENDMENT to the Montgomery County Subdivision
Regulations, Section 50-29, title "Lot Design", Subsection
50-29(2), title "Lots to abut on public street", to add
provisions exempting lots created for children, or spouses of
children, or parents of the owner from the two-lot limit for
access to a private driveway under certain conditions.

ORDINANCE NO. 10-42

AN AMENDMENT to Section 50-25, title "Roads and streets -
Plat and plan requirements", of the Subdivisions Regulations to
create a new subsection 50-25(h), title "Private Streets", for
the purpose of requiring private streets to be built to
structural standards of a tertiary road and certification that
the design and construction meets County standards.

Chapter 1

Laws of Montgomery County, 1984

AN ACT to amend Chapter 8, title "Buildings" of the
Montgomery County Code 1972, as amended, by adding a new Article
V, title "Works of Art in Public Architecture", for the purpose
of requiring that a certain percentage of the construction costs
of County construction projects be set aside for work(s) of art.

Effective Date October 14, 1983.
