AN ACT authorizing the issuance of bonds of Montgomery
County, Maryland, in the principal amount not exceeding
$15,805,000 upon its full faith and credit for site acquisition
and public buildings and the necessary furnishings and fixed
permanent equipment therefor, prescribing the terms an
conditions, by reference, upon which said bonds shall be issued
and delivered and other incidental details with respect thereto,
and providing for the application of the proceeds of such bonds
and for the levy of unlimited ad valorem taxes for the payment of
the principal and interest thereof.

Effective Date October 14, 1983.

County, Maryland, in the principal amount not exceeding
$22,115,000 upon its full faith and credit for financing
construction, reconstruction, improvement and repair of public
roads, streets, highways, sidewalks and storm drainage systems
maintained and operated by or under the jurisdiction of the
County, and prescribing the terms and conditions, by reference,
upon which said bonds shall be issued and delivered and other
incidental details with respect thereto, and providing for the
application of the proceeds of such bonds and for the levy of
unlimited ad valorem taxes for the payment of the principal and
interest thereof.

Effective Date October 14, 1983.
