ORDINANCE NO. 10-38

AN AMENDMENT to Division 59-G-2, title "Special Exceptions -
Standards and Requirements", Section 59-G-2(e)(2), title
"Accessory Apartments Existing as of December 2, 1983", to allow
the Board of Appeals to grant a deviation in excess of 1,500
square feet from the minimum lot size requirement only for the
life of the person owning the property as of December 2, 1983, or
until the property is transferred, whichever is earlier, and to
define the term "person owning the property" for the purposes of
this subsection.

AN AMENDMENT to Article 59-A, title "In General", Division
59-A-2, title "Definition Interpretations," Division 59-A-6,
title "Uses Permitted In Any Zone", to redefine helicopter,
heliport, helistop, temporary helistop and provide a definition
of rotorcraft and day-night average sound level; and to revise
the standards for landing of helicopters and temporary helistops;
to Article 59-C, title "Zoning Districts - Regulations" to revise
the land uses allowed in various zones to include heliports and
helistops as special exception uses; to Article 59-G, title
"Special Exceptions, Variances, and Non-Conforming Uses",
Division 59-G-l, title "Special Exception Authority Procedures",
Division 59-G-2, title "Special Exception -- Standards and
Requirements", Section 59-G-2.27, title "Heliports", Section
59-G-2.28, title "Helistops", to update and comprehensively
revise the requirements and standards for Heliports and
Helistops; to Article 59-E, title "Off-Street Parking and
Loading", Section 59-E-7.6, title "Schedule of Requirements", to
update the subsection concerned with off-street parking
requirements for heliport; helistop, permitted use; and helistop,
special exception.
