to revise special exception standards regarding location of
access streets for medical clinics.

AN AMENDMENT to Division 59-A-2, title "Definitions and
Interpretation", Section 59-A-2.1, title "Definitions", to
Division 59-C-3, title "R-MH Zone - Mobile Home Development",
Section 59-C-3.1, title "Intent and Purpose", and Section
59-C-3.5, title "Area and Dimensional Requirements", to revise
the definition of mobile home, to add a new definition for
modular home, to allow modular homes as a permitted use in the
R-MH Zone on the same basis as mobile homes, and to set a
building height limit.

Interpretation", Section 59-A-2.1, title "Definitions", and to
Division 59-G-2, title "Special Exceptions - Standards and
Requirements", Section 59-G-2(e)(2), title "Accessory Apartments
Existing as of December 2, 1983", to modify the definition of
"cellar" to delete reference to the habitability of cellars.
