ORDINANCE NO. 9-84
AN AMENDMENT to Division 59-C-10, title "Rural Cluster
Zone," Section 59-C-10.39, title "Cluster Development -- Option,"
for the purpose of adding a private educational institution as an
allowable special exception use in the open space reserved
portion of the Rural Cluster zoned property and to specify
standards and requirements to be applied to applications for
special exception use in the Rural Cluster Zone.

AN AMENDMENT to Article 59-H, title "Amendment Procedures,"
Division 59-H-2, title "Map Amendments - Applications, "Section
59-H-2.2, title "Limitations on Filing," Subsection 59-H-2.21,
title "Conformity to Requirements," Subsection 59-H-2.23, title
"Following Previous Application," to bring the Montgomery County
Zoning Ordinance into conformity with provisions of the Regional
District Act as it pertains to the requirement for the content of
zoning applications, and to clarify limitations for refiling of a
zoning application.

ORDINANCE NO. 9-86
AN AMENDMENT to Division 59-C-8, title "Transit Station
Development Area Zones," Section 59-C-8.3, title "Land Uses,"
Section 59-C-8.4, title "Development Standards," Section
59-C-8.41, and Section 59-C-8.42, title "Density of Development,"
to allow non-residential, professional office uses as permitted
uses in the TS-R and TS-M Zones; to allow additional land
consisting of less than 40,000 square feet to be added to an
existing TS-R and TS-M zoned area; and to specify that FAR and
density calculations should be based on the area zoned and
included in an approved plan.
