ORDINANCE NO. 9-87
AN AMENDMENT to Division 59-D-2, title "Project Plan for
Optional Method of Development, CBD Zones," Section 59-D-2.2,
title "Public Hearing - Notification," to provide that the
Planning Board shall extend the period of time required for a
public hearing on an optional method of development application,
when such extension is recommended on an approved and adopted
master or sector plan.

ORDINANCE NO. 9-88
AN AMENDMENT to Division 59-C-7, title "Planned Unit
Development Zones," Section 59-C-7.14, title "Density of
Residential Development," to allow, under certain circumstances,
development of housing for the elderly or handicapped within the
Planned Development (PD) Zone at up to three times the density
normally permitted, and to exempt such housing from the minimum
requirements for the mixture of residential housing types
required in the Planning Development Zone.

AN AMENDMENT to Division 59-C-l, title "Residential Zones,
One-Family," Section 59-C-l.5, title "Special Requirements,"
Section 59-C-l.522, title "Public Water and Sewer," for the
purpose of allowing cluster development in the RE-2C Zone with
community water service only, under certain conditions, and to
clarify requirements pertaining to public water and sewer.

AN AMENDMENT to Division 59-C-l, title "Residential Zones,
One-Family," Section 59-C-l.3, title "Standard Development,"
Subsection 59-C-l.39, title "Special Regulations - RE-2, RE-1,
R-200, R-150, R-90 and R-60 Zones," for the purpose of including
the RE-2C Zone as an appropriate zone to be used as a receiving
area for the transfer of development rights in accordance with
