Authority Procedures," Section 59-G-l.1, title "Authority to Hear
and Decide Petitions," Subsection 59-G-l.12, title "Director of
Department of Environmental Protection," for the purpose of
transferring the responsibility of the Director of the Department
of Environmental Protection to hear and decide certain special
exceptions to the Hearing Examiner's Office.
