RESOLUTION NO. 248
A RESOLUTION of the Council of The City of Salisbury,
proposing the annexation to the City of Salisbury of a certain
area of land situated contiguous to and binding upon the Westerly
corporate limits of the City of Salisbury, popularly known as
Chesapeake Shipbuilding Yard, and bounded on the East by the
corporate limits, bounded on the Northwest by Fitzwater Drive,
and bounded on the Southeast by the Wicomico River, and bounded
on the Southwest by the lands of Triangle Oil Company.
[Section 1-2 of the Charter of the City of Salisbury,
Wicomico County, as found in the compilation of Municipal
Charters of Maryland (1983 Edition), repealed and reenacted with
amendments.

RESOLUTION NO. 257
A RESOLUTION of the Council of the City of Salisbury
proposing the annexation to the City of Salisbury of a certain
area of land situated contiguous to and binding upon the Easterly
corporate limits of the City of Salisbury, popularly known as
Saratoga Street Area, and bounded on the West by the corporate
limits, bounded on the North by the rear of lots on the North
side of Saratoga Street, and bounded on the East by the Salisbury
Nursing Home, and bounded on the South by the approximate South
line of U.S. Route 50.

amendments.

A RESOLUTION of the Mayor and Council of the City of Seat
Pleasant, Maryland, adopted pursuant to the authority of Article
23A, titled Corporations-Municipal, Section 19, subtitled
Annexation, of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1957 Edition, as
amend) to Article II, titled Corporate Limits, to add Section 206
subtitled 1983 Annexation (a) of the City Charter of the City of
Seat Pleasant;
