RESOLUTION NO. 247

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SALISBURY, adopted pursuant to
the authority of Article 11E of the Constitution of Maryland and
Section 13 of Article 23A of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1957
Edition, as amended), entitled "Corporation Municipal" to amend
the Charter of the City of Salisbury by enacting a new
sub-section to be added to Article 5 entitled "General Powers" of
the Charter of The City of Salisbury to provide for penalties
for the violation of ordinances and laws of the City and
providing that the Mayor and Council of Salisbury, Maryland may
declare certain violations of the City's Code and Charter as
Municipal infractions.
