TO AMEND THE TOWN CHARTER
CHARTER AMENDMENT NO. 6

RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF SNOW HILL, a
municipal corporation of the State of Maryland, (the "town"),
adopted pursuant to the authority of Article Eleven-E of the
Constitution of the State of Maryland and Sections 13 to 18
inclusive, of Article 23A of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1957
Edition) (1981 Replacement Volume) entitled
"Corporations-Municipal", to amend Section 32 of the Charter of
the Town which concerns the conduct of elections.

[Section 58 of the Charter of the Town of Snow Hill,
Worcester County, as found in the compilation of Municipal
Charters of Maryland (1983 Edition), repealed and reenacted, with
amendments.

Constitution of the State of Maryland in Sections 13 through 18,
inclusive, of Article 23A of the Annotated Code of Maryland,
(1957 edition) (1981 replacement volume) entitled
"Corporations-Municipal", to amend Section 58 of the Charter of
the Town which concerns the power of the Town to borrow money and
incur indebtedness, from time to time, for any public purpose and
