(g) [The] ON OR BEFORE DECEMBER 31 OF EACH YEAR, THE
Department shall report to the Governor and, subject to § 2-1312
OF THE STATE GOVERNMENT Article [40, § 51 of the Code], to the
General Assembly [before January 1 of each year] the financial
status of the program and a summary of its operations for the
preceding fiscal year.

(b)  On or before the second Wednesday in January of each
year, the Council shall submit to the Governor and, subject to §
2-1312 OF THE STATE GOVERNMENT Article [40, § 51 of the Code], to
the General Assembly a report that:

(1)  Describes the activities of the Council during
the previous year; and

(2)   Includes any recommendations that would allow the
Council better to fulfill its purposes.

(c)  The Department shall send copies of the low-level
nuclear waste reports:

(1)  To the Governor;

(2)   Subject to § 2-1312 OF THE STATE GOVERNMENT
Article [40, § 51 of the Code], to the General Assembly; and

(3)  To each appropriate political subdivision.

After considering all relevant information, the Secretary
shall report to the General Assembly, subject to § 2-1312 OF THE
STATE GOVERNMENT Article [40, § 51 of the Code], the Secretary's
findings, under § 8-403 of this subtitle, on the status of any
technology or means for the permanent disposal of low-level
nuclear waste.

(a) No later than June 1 of each year, the Department shall
submit to the Governor and, subject to § 2-1312 OF THE STATE
GOVERNMENT Article [40, § 51 of the Code], to the General
Assembly a report that summarizes the water pollution control
program for this State.
