shall report its activities to the Governor and, subject to §
2-1312 OF THE STATE GOVERNMENT Article [40, § 51 of the Code], to
the General Assembly [before July 1 of each year].

(b) [The] ON OR BEFORE JUNE 30 OF EACH YEAR, THE council
shall report [before July 1 of each year] to the Governor and,
subject to § 2-1312 OF THE STATE GOVERNMENT Article [40, § 51 of
the Code], to the General Assembly concerning the operation of
the educational program in each center and institution.

Article - Financial Institutions

(b) On or before March 15 of each year, the Commissioner
shall report to the Governor, and to the Secretary of Licensing
and Regulation, and subject to § 2-1312 OF THE STATE GOVERNMENT
Article [40, § 51 of the Code], to the General Assembly on the
composite condition of annual business operations of all
licensees through December 31 of the previous year, including:

(1)  A balance sheet;

(2)  Gross income and a breakdown of its sources;

(3)  Expenses itemized in categories determined by the
Commissioner;

(4)   Interest earned and uncollected;

(5)  The average amount of outstanding loans monthly
and at year end;

(6)  An analysis of outstanding loans by sizes, types
of security, and delinquency, itemized in categories determined
by the Commissioner; and

(7)  Any additional information that the Commissioner
considers appropriate to reflect overall operations.

The Authority shall:

(2) Make an annual report on its condition and
operations to the Governor, the [Maryland] General Assembly in
accordance with § 2-1312 OF THE STATE GOVERNMENT Article [40, §
51 of the Code], and the chairman of the Joint [Committee on]
Budget and Audit [of the Maryland General Assembly] COMMITTEE;
and
