       and Anne his wife Indemnifye the Ex.rs of Arthur Emery from the
       Debt suggested to be due to Richard Sweatnam being three thousand
       seven hundred and thirty seven pounds of Tobacco  And pay to
       Edmond Pryor Eight hundred pounds of Tobacco which Esq
       Smith agreed to pay the said Pryor if it doth not appear to
       be allready paid and that each party pay their owne Costs

                And that unless the Compl.t and his wife make over their
       full Right of the Moyety of the four hundred Acres of Land
       before the sixth Day of December next their Bill be dismist
       and the Injunctions Dissolved  And that each of the said partys do
       Mutually Consent to release all Errors on this Decree  And they
       do accordingly release the same


                                  The Court is appointed to sitt again the first
                                  Tuesday in September next

             for the building a Water Mill upon any land next adjoyning to the said
       Twenty acres at a place where he hath now a Water Mill  Wee upon our
       oaths Returne that it will not be any Damage to her Majesty   And wee
