       Agreement on both sides and for a Valuable Consideration and that the Compl.ts
       Surmises of Ignorance better deserve an other Terme for so gross an abuse of
       the Memory of these Defends Testator the honble Robert Smith Esq late of
       her Majestys most honble Councill of this province the Defendants haveing
       had Ample Information that the bond in the Compl.ts Bill mentioned with the
       Condition thereof that the Compl.t and his wife Katherine the Daughter and sole
       heiress of Michael Paul Vanderfort should make over to the said M.r Robert
       Smith and his heires all the Lands Descended to her from her said Father
       was fairly and duly obtained and that she and the Complain.t her husband have
       Refused so to do thô they well know the full Consideration money of that
       purchase to have been Exactly paid and discharged as these Defendants
       doubt not to make appear but the Compl.t being in possession of those
       Land now become very valuable and willing to retard and Impede the
       Defend.ts prosecution at Comon Law has purposely contrived this vexatious
       frivolous scandalous and unnecessary Complaint Wherefore they
       humbly prayd that upon a full hearing of the Matters they might be
       thence dismist with their reasonable Costs and Charges  Whereupon
       after the Depositions on both sides being read and the arguments and allegations
       of both partys fully heard and Considered Edward Lloyd Esq Chancell.r and
       Keeper of the Great Seale of Maryland this third day of June 1712 does
       in our Said Court Determine order Sentence and Decree that the Compl.t
       be releived against the penalty of the bond in the Bill of Complaint mentioned
       And that Edmond Pryor and Katherine his wife make over unto Anthony Ivy
       and Anne his wife heiress at Law to Esq Smith an Estate in Fee Simple of
       and in one half part of three severall Tracts of Land in dispute lying on
       the East Side of Courseys Creek in Queen Ann's County with a Speciall
       Warrantee of the same from them and their heires or any person or psons
       Claiming under them or their heires or any of them which said Lands descended
       to the said Katherine Pryor from her father Michael Paul Vanderfort being
       by Estimation four hundred acres so that the said Land may be Equally
       Divided betwixt them as Tenants in Common  And that the said Anthony
