The seven-hundred and forty-eighth volume of the Archives of Maryland contains the records of the Chancery Court from 1671 to 1712. The Archives of Maryland volume was published in 2008.

Among the documents recorded here are the August 1708 and November 1708 charters for the City of Annapolis.
