       That for the Tenn Acres on the south side of the said Runn being part of a
       Tract of Land Reputed to belong to George Goddart the present possessor thereof
       it will be to the Damage of the said Goddart to the sum of one hundred Twenty and
       five pounds of Tobacco by the year for his Land and Timber and Liberty of Raising
       of a Stock of hoggs soe near him  And Wee the Jurors doe on our oaths Returne that
       for the Tenn Acres of Land on the North side of the said Runn being reputed to be
       part of a Tract of Land reputed to belong to Jonathan Raman the present possess.r
       thereof it will be to the Damage of the said Raman to the sum of one hundred and
       fifty pounds of Tobacco by the year for the same Causes as is above Expressed for the
       Lands of Goddard   And wee further Certifye that it doth appear to us that the
       Lands Remaining to the present possessors over and above the Said Tenn Acres on
       each side of the said Runn will suffice to uphold their Mannor  In Testimony
       whereof Wee have hereunto set our hands and seales this 19.th day of December
