       Mentioned formerly in the possession of the Compl.t as surviveing
       Ex.r of his father John Edmondson deceased who devised all his Lands
       in Pensilvania or Maryland not before disposed of in his will to
       be disposed of for the Maintainance of his Children & the payment
       of his Just Debts that this defendants father by his said will did not
       dispose of the Tract of Land in dispute called Mount hope  That this
       defend.t used no unjust means whatsoever to obtain a Verdict
       on the Ejectment afd & did not nor could he obtain a platt of the
       Land to be made upon any Certificate or of late date or by
       the same Extended the bounds of the said Tract of Land contrary
       to right and good Conscience but as this Defend.t was well advised
       the said Harwood kept the possession of part of the said Tract of
       Land whereof this Defendants father was seized in fee  And this
       Defend.t further says that he doubts not to make his Just title
       appear to this honble Court and demonstrate to them that the
       Complain.ts Bill of Complaint is frivolous Vexatious & inequitable
       And the Injunction by him obtained Morely to delay & for some
       time to prevent this Defend.t from having his due possess.n of
       the said Land wherefore he prays that the same Injunction
       may be desolved and he from hence dismist with his Reasonable
       Costs and Charges in this behalf sustained without that that &c
      
       Which being read and the partys by each of their attorney fully
       heard it is ordered by the honble Edward Loyd Esq president
       and that the said Thomas Edmondson be dismist from the
       Bill of Complaint afd And that the said John Harwood pay
       unto him the said Thomas all his reasonable Cost and Charges
       by him in defending the Action afd laid out and Expended
