       proceedings of the said Thomas Edmondson who very well knows
       he had no right to disturbe your orat.r or bring that action
       Tend to your orat.rs Utter Ruin unless releived by this high and
       honble Court wherefore he humbly prays your Hon.rs will be
       pleased to rehear direct a Rehearing of the said Cause at the
       provinciall Barr where your orat.r doubts not but to
       Manifest his possession afd to be Clear of the afd Tract of Land
       called Mounthope or any Pretence the said Thomas Edmondson
       could have thereto  And likewise to prevent the said Edmondsons
       Turning your orat.r or his Ten.ts out of possession to Grant
       her Majestys Writt of Injunction Comanding and Injoyning the said
       Edmondson his attorney and Councellors not to procced any further
       at Comon Law untill your orat.r Complaint be heard before your
       honours in Equity and such Decree made therein as shall seem
       Reasonable and also her Majestys Writt of Sup.a to the said Thomas
        Edmondson Directed Commanding him under a Certain penalty
        to be and appear in this high and honble Court at a Certain time
        and place true and direct answer on his Corpolall oath to  
       make to your orat.rs Bill and all and singular the Matters and
       things therein Contained & to stand and abide such decree as
       your hon.rs shall see fitt to make for your orat.rs Equitable
       releif and he shall ever pray &c.a
