807 Since the 17.th day of June 1711 together with his Costs and Charges in this behalf Expended or to be Expended in this honble Court or be Concluded and foreclosed of all Equity of Redemption and be Injoyned and decreed to deliver the possession of the said Mortgaged Lands to your orat.r to have and to hold the same unto your orat.r his heires and assignes for ever according to the Covenant in said Indenture deed of Mortgage Expressed against the said Thomas Howell his heires & Assignes and any other person or persons Claiming by from or Under him or them and that the said Thomas Howell deliver unto your orat.r all the Deeds Evidences and Writeings Concerning the same and that the said Thomas Howell may discover by his answ.r (if any) what Incumbrances the Mortgaged Premises or any of them are lyable unto and also what Estate he had in the same Lands the day of the Date of the said Mortgage and how his Title is derived from the originall patentees and that your orat.r be further releived therein according to Equity and Good Conscience May it please your hon.r to grant unto your orat.r her Majestys Most Gracious Writt of Sup.a ag.t the said Thomas thereby Commanding him at a Certain day personall to apear before your hon.r in this honble Court upon his Corporall Oath to Answer all and singular the premises and stand to such Decree in y.e p.rmises as to your hon.r according to Equity and Conscience shall seem Meet And your orat.r as in duty bound shall pray &c.a ThBordley for y.e Compl.t The Said Caspar Hoodt according his prayer in the Bill obtained her Majestys Writt of Sup.a against y.e said Thomas Howell which follows in these words Viz.t Maryland fs Anne by the Grace of God of Great Brittain France (and |
