       for Declaration of said Trust dated the day and year last
       mentioned duly Executed acknowledged and Enrolled in the
       Records of Kent County Court did (among other things in
       the said Deed Contained) declare publish and make known
       that the Consideration Money in said Deed of Mortgage
       Mentioned was the proper Money of Your orat.r and that
       the said Bargained or Mortgaged Premises with the
       appurtinances were Conveyed or Mortgaged unto the said
       Edward in Trust for your orat.r and to the only proper
       use and behoofe of your orat.r his heires and assignes
       for ever as by the said Deed of Declaration of Trust
       likewise ready to be produced may more fully & at
       Large appear of which Trust and the declaration
       thereof as aforesaid the said Thomas Howell is no ways
       Ignorant Butt now so it is may it please your hon.r
       that the said Thomas Howell has not paid the said
       sum of three hundred pound sterling or any part thereof
       either to the said Edward Beck your orat.rs Trustee in
       that afair or to your orator or to either of their assignes
       or orders but still keeps your orat.r out of the possession
       of said Lands and not only delays to pay your orat.r (who
       is in great want of money the said sum with Interest for
       the further forbearance thereof but also in order to defeat yo.r
       orat.r of the Benefitt of said Deed and defraud him of his money
       withdraws himself into secrett or Forreigne parts unknown
       to your orat.r in hopes he may thereby avoid being called before
       your hon.r to answ.r your orators most Just Compl.ts
       against him in that behalf and not be lyable to any decree
       or order of your hon.r in this Court that may any ways Effect
       him or help your orat.r to his Just due In tender Consideration
       whereof and to the End the said Thomas Howell may eith pay
       your orat.r what upon a fair Account shall appear to be due
       upon said Mortgage for the Principal sum afd & Interest
