       side of a pond from thence south along the pond three hundred &
       twenty perches and from thence three hundred & fifty perches
       till it Intersect the Long Line of Godfrey Baylys Land from
       thence North a Long the said Line unto the first bounded Water
       Oake includeing all the Land taken up by Nathaniel Uty being
       three hundred Acres and also four hundred acres out of anoth.r
       parcell of Land called Howells outland in the whole seven
       hundred Acres of Land and the said Thomas Howel haveing in
       the Month of June afd great occasion to use a sum of Money
       amounting to the sum of three hundred pounds sterling so farr
       prevailed with your orat.r that he Lent the said Thomas Howell
       the said sum of money and for the better secureing the ^Re^paym.t
       thereof the said Thomas Howell by Indenture bearing date the 17.th
       day of June afd Legally Executed and acknowledged did Bargain
       Sell aliene and Confirme unto a Certain Edward Beck of said County
       Planter (who was then the Attorney or Agent of your orat.r in
       that Behalf & in whom your orat.r Reposed his full Trust and
       Confidence to performe that Matter for Your orat.rs Use and
       Benefitt) his heires and assignes for ever all the before Mention'd
       two parcells of Land with their appurtinences with a proviso
       or Condition in said Indenture Contained that if the said Thomas
       Howell his heires Ex.rs Adm.rs or Assignes should well & truely pay
       or cause to be paid unto the aforesaid Beck (being your orat.rs
       attorney or agent as aforesaid) or to his heires Executors administrators
       or assignes the full and Intire sum of three hundred pounds
       Sterling Money of Great Brittain at or before the ^17.th^ Tenth day of
       June which should be in the year of our Lord 1711 that then the
       said Indenture and every Clause therein should Cease determine
       and be void as by the said Indenture ready to be produced may
       more fully and at Large appear which said Edward Beck afterwards
       to to witt the first day of August 1710 being minded to
       discharge and performe the trust by your orat.r reposed in
       him and duly to Execute the same by his Certain deed for
