786 remaining part of the said purchase money of one hundred and fifty pounds to any body Lawfully Impowered to Discharge him from his obligation therefore or ever pretended he had paid any part thereof to M.r John Israel in the Bill named or Margarett his late wife Ex.rx of Col Edward Dorsey in her widdowhood or any other person and denying any Combination or Confederacy with all or any person or persons whatsoever humbly Conceives he is unjustly Molested by the Compl.t And therefore prays to be dismist from this honble Court with his reasonable Cost & Charges in this behalf laid out and Expended The Schedule of which said account also follows in these words Viz.t W Bladen D.r to Col Edward Dorsey To my bond Conditioned to pay said Col Dorsey his Ex.rs Administrat.rs or assignes one hundred & fifty pound P Contra Creditt
Whereupon by the Consent of both Compl.t & Defd.t Charles Carroll Esqr and M.r Thomas Bordley is appointed to audite and state accounts Between the said partys and to make returne thereof to this Court the Returne of which audite follows in these words Viz.t Samuel Dorsey D.r to John Israel Adm.r Debnis Non of Col Edw.d Dorsey To Sundrys Delivered him as of the Estate of Edw.d Dorsey Jun.r 91 9 8 To Cash paid him by John Brice p order Col Dorsey 22 To the said Samuels Note for a Sword 1 10 from Col Edward Dorsey 114 19 8 To Ballance due to Samuel Dorsey on this account besides what his portion of his Brother Edwards Estate will be more in case of the |
