       remaining part of the said purchase money of one hundred and
       fifty pounds to any body Lawfully Impowered to Discharge him
       from his obligation therefore or ever pretended he had paid any
       part thereof to M.r John Israel in the Bill named or Margarett his
       late wife Ex.rx of Col Edward Dorsey in her widdowhood or any
       other person and denying any Combination or Confederacy with
       all or any person or persons whatsoever humbly Conceives
       he is unjustly Molested by the Compl.t  And therefore prays to
       be dismist from this honble Court with his reasonable Cost &
       Charges in this behalf laid out and Expended
      
       The Schedule of which said account also follows in these words

       Esqr and M.r Thomas Bordley is appointed to audite and state accounts
