      Articles allowed out of said Edwards Estate shall be disapproved in the
      Comissarys Office which present Ballance ought to be paid him out of the
       purchase money of the houses in M.r William Bladens hands if so much remains
       in his hands on that Account Twenty Eight pound Eight shillings & five
       pence the sum Totall is one hundred forty three pound seven shillings & Eight
       pence half penny                                                Creditt
       By abatement for two years service lost of Sundrys                                   4  0  0
       P Sam Dorseys Account of sundrys proved partly ag.t his fathers & partly

          Wee the subscribers being appointed Auditers to state the Accounts in
       dispute Betwixt Samuel Dorsey Compl.t & John Israel Defend.ts have Examined
       the same and find them to stand as above at present but that if't shall hereafter
       appear that the said Samuels portion of his Brother Edwards Estate
       be more than what Wee have above given Creditt for by an account past in
       the Comissarys office of said Edwards Estate then the said Samuels Ballance
       due to him will be so much the More in proportion to the Enlagement of such
       said Samuel share of said Estate  Whereupon Edward Lloyd Esq keeper of the
       Great Seale of this our province of Maryland does Determine order sentence
       and Decree that William Bladen Esq pay unto Samuel Dorsey the sum of
       Twenty Eight pound Eight shillings and five pence sterling money  Wherefore
       do the said William Bladen Conceeded the payment of which said Money the
       said William Bladen is no wise to omitt  Given under the Great Seale of
       the said province the   day of in the Tenth Year of the Reigne of our Sov.rgne
       Lady Queen Anne of Great Brittain &c.a  Annoq Dm 1711
