       of the Land Law The End of this Line ^at the Branch^ in the platt is described at the
       Letter H and thence whereas by the originall Certificate the
       Rest of the bounds of Marshes Seat is Concluded by Parkers
       Branch and Creek by the Defend.ts Directions I Runn downe
       this Small Branch into the main Branch Called Parkers Branch
       described in the platt at I and so with the main Branch & Creek to
       the first Beginning as by the prickt Lines in the platt appears
       Containing two hundred and six acres

                And Further according to the pretentions of the Defd.t
       in presence of the Compl.t I have resurveyed and laid out the Tract
       of Land called Gadhill Beginning at the same White oake where the
       Compl.t begann described in the platt at E but whereas the Defend.t
       aledges the second bounded tree at the End of sixty eight perches is not
       sufficiently proved to be the second bounded Tree of Gadhill he therefore
       ordered me to runn West one hundred perches as the originall Certificate
       mentions the End of which Line is described in the platt at K thence
       North one hundred twenty four percehs to the Defend.ts Line of Marsh
       Seat described in the platt at L thence East with the Line of Marsh
       Seat to the forementioned Small Branch described in the platt at H and
       thence whereas the Defend.t Claimes to hold all the Land Between the
       West by North Line of Marsh Seal and Parkers Branch and Creek by
       Virtue of his Antient Survey of Marsh Seat by Reason whereof he
       should not admitt me to Continue the East Line any further  But ord.rd
       me to Runn with this Small Branch and the main Branch called
       Parkers Branch and Creek to Herring Creek and thence with a streight
       Line to the first bounded Tree as by the prick't Lines in the platt appears
       Containing sixty three acres

                All which Resurveys were made according to the above Certificates
       and platts hereunto annext this 19.th day of Octob.r 1711 P me
