                Thomas Waughops Writt of Adquoddam returned

S.t Marys County s.t
                               Pursuant to a Writt of Adquoddamnum out of the high Court
       of Chancery Directed to me as Sherriff of the said County Comanding that
       by the oaths of twelve good and Lawfull men of Your County that You Survey
       and Lay out for Thomas Waughop of the said County Twenty Acres of Land
       lying at the foot of my Lord Baltemores Mill Runn in the County afd for
       Erecting and building a Water Mill und.r therefore pursuant to the said
       Writt Wee have surveyed and laid out the said Land as followeth Beginning
       at a bounded Red oak standing on the West Side of the Main Runn af.d
       forty two perches distance from it in the woods thence Running North
       West fifty six perches to a bounded Redd oake thence North East fifty
       six perches to a bounded Red Oak thence East twenty seven Degrees
       Southerly thirty Eight perches thence East fifty degrees Southerly twenty
       perches thence with a Streight Line to the first Tree Containing by
       Estimation Twenty acres more or less Valued at Twenty Shillings Sterl
       ^fifteen Shills Ster^ payable to my Lord Baltemore part owner of said Land and five shillings
       Sterl to Will.m Price owner of the other part of s.d Land and and under the
       Yearly Rent of Eighteen pence Sterl to my Lord Baltemore and six pence
       Sterl money to William Price P Annum to each to which Wee as well the
       said Sherriff and the said Jury Have affix't our hands and seales this 17.th
