                The Dep.o of George Young Sen.r Aged Sixty Year or thereabouts who being Deposed on
       the holy Evangelist Declares as followeth that about forty Year agoe Cap.t Francis
       Maulden an old stander in the parts shewed him the said Dep.o a bounded Red oake and
       said that he the said Maulden did take the said bounded Tree to be one of the bounded
       Trees of Valentine Huddlestones Land and further the said Depon.t saith that about
       fourteen Years agoe he the said Dep.o & M.r Tho Tasker was talking concerning the
       bounds of Valentine Hudlestones Land called Hard Travell and he the said Depon.t said
       to the s.d Tasker that there was a bounded Tree stood in the woods up some distance
       from the Church which M.r Maulden told him the said Depon.t that he the said
       Maulden did take for one of the Trees of Valentines Land and M.r Tasker made
       Answ.r and said Yes to be sure that that is one of the bounded Trees of his the said
       Taskers Land which the sid Tasker was the buyer and purchaser of the said
       Tract of Land called Hard Travell laid out for the afd Hudlestone and William
       Harbert all this Deposed att the said bounded Tree standing near James Mackalls
       plantation and farther saith not sworne before us this 28.th day of May 1711

       us Comiss.rs to Examin Evidences touching their knowledge and Remembrance
       touching ^of^ the bounds of a Tract of Land Called the Free School farm ly formerly lying
       in Calvert County now in Prince Georges this County formerly laid out for Francis
       Swinsen In obedience to which Comission having at the desire of Thomas Holdsworth
       of Calvert County Gent called before us this day Col Ninian Beale upon the fores.d
