       Roberson shewed him the said Deponent and said that was one of the
       bounded Trees of his the said Thomas Robersons Land the said bounded white
       oak now being fallen but the stump of the said White oak now in the
       place where this Depon.t stands att the said White Oak Stump
       which the said Depon.t now shewed to the Company present and said that
       Thomas Robertson told and shewed him the said Depon.t the said White
       Oak and Said that was his the Said Robersons bounded white oake
       and further saith not      Sworne before us

       The Dep.o of James Aillen aged near fifty Years who being Deposed
       on the holy Evangelist declares as followeth that he the Said Depon.t
       heard one John Winnall say about six or Seven Year agoe that the
       ash he is now at was Reconed the bounded Tree of Hard Travell & farther
       saith not      Sworne before Us

       The Dep.o of Joshua Sedwick aged about thirty Eight Years Deposes on the holy
       Evangelist as followeth that about Twenty Year agoe Thomas Sedwick the
       father of the said Depon.t shewed him the said Depon.t a bounded Red oak
       which was fallen Downe and great part of the said Red Oak decayed & he
       the said Deponent did hear his father say to him the said Dep.o that that
       Red oak was the bounded Red oak of the Land formerly laid out for John
       Bigger then in possession of the said Thomas Sedwick and further the said
       Depon.t saith that his father Thomas Sedwick did allways say that the
       afd Redd oak of John Bigger was the Red oak that hard Travell Mentions
       in his Certificate Coming to of the Land of John Bigger the said Red oak
       being near the place where this Deponent now stands & Deposes & farther
       saith not                              Sworne before us      Dan.l of S.t Tho Jenifer   (S)
