744 Thousand six hundred seaventy pounds of Tobacco Cost afd whereof You are not to faile at Your Perrills Wittness our Trusty and Welbeloved Major Generall Edward Lloyd Keeper of our Great Seale in our Said Province of Maryland this Fifth day of June in the Tenth Year of her Majestys Reigne &c.a Anno Dm 1711 Edw.d Lloyd William Wakers Depositions about his being hear at Law of William Jeffs and touching three hundred acres of Land lying near Maryland point By Virtue of a Comission Directed to William Asquith and Will.m Watts bearing Date the fifteenth day of March one thousand seven hundred and Tenn Wee have taken the Deposition of William Waker Sen.r as followeth The Deposition of William Walker Aged Sixty four Years or thereabouts being Sworne upon the holy Evangelist Deposeth that William Walker Jun.r Son to William Walker y.e son of Mary Walker alias Jephs and the sister to William Jeffs was formerly the Possess.r of the Said three hundred acres of Land mentioned in the Comission to us directed and further saith not The Deposition of Alexander Lord being Sworne upon the holy Evangelist deposeth as the above and further saith not the above Depositions taken before us this 13.th day of July Anno Dm 1711 W.m Aisquith Will.m Watts |
