       George Simons the Compl.t offered his sister Eliz.a Simmons wife of
       the said George Simons a Deed (for Conveyance of the pretended Tract
       of Land called Gadhill) to signe after the Comp.lt had Read some part
       thereof to her and this Depon.t saith he doth veryly beleive George  
       Simons his sisters husband was not there But this Depon.t saith
       he doth well Remember his Sister Eliz.a Simons Answered the Compl.t
       words to the Effect following (viz.t) that she knew of no right she had
       to Gadhill for that it belonged to her Brother Thomas  To which the Comp.lt
       Answered it was no matter for that he would buy her Right and his
       Sister after other such like discourse said something is better then
       nothing and thereupon this Deponent desired his sister Eliz.a
       Simons not to signe the Deed for that they came Conniveingly &
       Underhandedly to cheat her and put Tricks on her & Earnestly
       desired her to Tarry to know Certainly whither there was a Will or
       not or she had any Right or not and this Depon.t saith he did call
       the Dep Compl.t and those with him many badd names which caused
       the Compl.t to Desire M.r Chew to taken him this Depon.t aside & hold
       him in discourse soon after the Deed was signed the Compl.t said to
       the said Samuel Chew the Elder you may Lett him Come for the Deed
       is signed and after that the Compl.t Read the Will of her father as he
       said and thereupon (to the Best of his Remembrance) his sister fell
       a Crying and abused them all sadley and said they underhandedly
       Cheated her and abused her & further saith not

                         In Testimony of all which and in Pursuance of her Maj.tys
       Comission to us directed as afd Wee have hereunto Set & Affix'd our hands
       and Seales as by the Same Wee are required this second day of July
