          To which he Answ.rd he was out of Pockett Tenn Shill.s and hath a writing under
       his the Compl.ts hand and Seale which he thinks is to Clear him of any Advantage
       that may be taken by Virtue of his Deed to the Compl.t in Case there should appear
       no such Tract of Land as Gadhill

6.th      Doe you not beleive in Your Conscience that the Compl.t bought Gadhill only
       to make as Void as he could his bond to old M.r Thomas Knighton of 61000. tob.o
       for performance of Covenants

                To which he Answers Yes

7.th      Doe you know or have heard that the Compl.t by his Means & Solicitacons
       Procured an Act of Assembly of this Province to make Valid the Will of M.r
       Thomas Knighton Sen.r Whose Charge was it at and by what means was the
       same obtained and was you and your wife Aiding and Assisting therein or at
       Charge thereof declare &c.a

                 To this Interrogatory he saith he is an Utter Stranger and was at no Charge
       or Cost and did not Aid or Assist the Complainant therein

       of any Matter or thing Relating to the Then Tryall or Use any Art or Cunning to over perswade
       You or either of you to give your Verdict for him

       by the Defend.t anyway relating to the Tryall or any other person ever spake to either
       of them by the Defendants Means or Procurement and further saith not
