6.th      Did you know George Knighton Son of the said Thomas Knighton the
       Elder did he not dye Under Age

               To which he Answers he knew George Knighton but whether he dyed
       under Age or no he knoweth not & further saith not

7.th       Did you know Sarah Knighton Daughter of the Said Thomas Knighton
       and when she Dyed

               To which he Answer's he did know Sarah Knighton his Masters
       Daughter and that she dyed about half a Year old about Twenty five
       Years past and further saith not

1.st Int.ry  After what Manner and how the Compl.t came to purchase the pretended
       Tract of Land Called Gadhill

                   To which he Saith he cannot Tell for that the Compl.t Agreed with
       his wife

2.d      What did the Compl.t Really and Bonafide pay for the Same To
       which he Answers he Sold his Right for one hundred Acres of Land
       in Baltemore County for which he Recd fifteen pounds sterl
       of M.r Richard Owens a Merch.t & further Saith Not

3.d      Whether the same Tract of Land called Gadhill was not purchased
       by the Compl.t of him Land or no Land Title or no Title

                     To which he Answered the Compl.t might goe buy it of the heir
       for that he knew of no title ^right^ he had to any such Land & thereupon the
       Compl.t offered one hundred Acres of Land in Baltemore County for his Right

4.th      How and after what Manner he came to gett you & Your wife to secure
       the Same by Warranty

                      To which he Answers he knoweth not

5.th      What Charge Trouble and Labour have you been at to cause the Comp.lt
       to do fairly by You to gett an Acknowledgem.t that you & ^nor^ Your wife did
       never not Intend to Warrant the Same
