       say that he Beleived that the said Col Beal was Right in his
       Evidence to the place where the abovesaid Tree did stand for when
       Col Pye desired the said Hutchinson to lay out one Thousand Acres
       of Land out of the said Mann.r for the said Pye he the said Beale
       brought the said Pye and Hutchinson to the Northwest bounded
       Tree of the abovesaid Mannor which was then standing it being a
       Bounded Redd Oake and then told the Said Pye & Hutchinson
       that was the Northwest Corner Tree of the abovesaid Manner
       the said Hutchinson knowing it to be the Same Place where
       the old bounded Tree did stand by the Grownd falling to the
       South East from the Said Tree and further these Deponents
       Swear not
