       have this 24.th day of this Instant Aprill caused to come before us Thomas
       Tucker Sen.r James Aling and Joshua Sedwick

          And taken their Oaths severally upon the holy Evangelist relating to the
       bounds of said Land and putt the Same into writing under our hands and
       Seales which said oaths are hereto annext

            Thomas Tucker aged sixty Years or thereabouts came and made
       oath upon the holy Evangelist that on the place where he now stands and
       where there is a Stump of a White Oak to be seen stood a bounded Tree which
       Tree was a bound Tree of Robinsons Land and that he has heard William Harbert
       say that the same oake was a bounded Tree of a percell of Land Called hard
       Travell taken up by the said Harbert Father and one Valentine Huddlestone
       near where he the said Deponent hath now marked a small Redd Oake
       with Six Notches  And further this Depon.t saith not sworne before us
       this 24.th day of Aprill 1711                              Jn.o Mackall   (S)

       a Certain John Winnall and Coming to a bounded ash in a Swamp near the mouth of a
       Small branch at the place where he the Depon.t now stands he the said Winnall told
       him the said Depon.t that he had heard say that bounded ash was one of the bounded
       Trees of a Parcell of Land Called hard Travell and further this Depon.t saith not sworne
