Quest.n   Did you shew the abovesaid Bounded Tree to any man in a short time after surveyed
       by You

Ans.r   Yess  By my Lord Baltemores order to Col Pye and William Hutchinson that was
       Ordered by my Lord Baltemore to Lay out a Thousand Acres of Land at ^any^ Corner
       of the said Mannor for the said Pye and the said Hutchinson begunn by the order of
       the said Pye and did bound a small white oake within three or four Foot of the
       abovesaid Redd Oake standing to the Northward of the Same for the Beginning Tree
       of the said Pyes thousand Acres of Land and from that oake made his survey

Quest.n   Col Beale did you beginn any other survey upon the abovesd Redd oake

Answ.r   Yes by order of Col Henry Darnall a Tract of Land Called Darnalls Grove w.ch I
       Begunn at the abovesaid Bounded Redd Oake and from the Same Runn West
       Eight hundred perches with the said Mannor to another Bounded Red Oake formerly
       bounded by me for the North West Corner Tree of his Lordshipps said Mannor
       which said Tract of Land Called Darnalls Grove I have since had in Exchange of
       the sid Darnall for a Tract of Land Called the Woodyard whereon the son of the
       said Darnall now lives

          Alsoe the same day Came abovesaid ^the s.d^ Coll Ninian Beale went in the presence
       of James Moberty Thomas Mullikin and Charles Walker to a bounded Red Oake
       standing to the Eastward near a plantation lately Sealed by Eliphaz Ryley & near
       to which is a white oake sliped on four Sides and haveing his oath administred by us
       the said Sprigg and Clagett did declare that he the Said Beale did bound at the first
       Laying out of the abovesaid Mannor a Redd Oak which stood within Twenty yards
       of the abovesaid bounded Redd Oake for the Northwest Corner Tree of the said
       Mannor and also bounded a Tract of Land Called Darnalls Grove on the same
       tree for the Second Tree of the Said Darnalls Grove

          Also the Same day and time came M.r Thomas Odill before us the said Sprigg and
       Clagett and having his oath adminstred by us did declare that being in Company w.th
       one M.r William Hutchinson at the Request of the Said Hutchinson about Seven
       Years past in the woods Col Beale being Present and then Sworne by the Said
       Hutchinson to the place where the Northwest Corner Tree of the Said Mannor did
       formerly stand he the said Thomas Odell did then hear the Said Hutchinson say
