       In the said County Pursuant to which Comission Wee the said Sprigg
       and Clagett have this Thirteenth day of June 1711 Caused to Come before
       us the person of Col Ninian Beale and having his oath Adm.rd by
       us the said Sprigg and Clagett by his laying one hand on the Tree &
       the other on the holy Evangelist did on the Same Declare in the
       Presence of James Moberty Thomas Mullikin and Charles Walker
       That a Redd Oake standing on the West Side of a Branch ^Called Collington and on the south side of a Branch^ that
       Runns into the afd Branch Called Collington Just below where
       Thomas Bennett is seated is the North East Corner Tree of my Lord
       Baltemores said Manner and did then make answer to the sev.ll
       Questians by us the said Sprigg and Clagett asked of him the said
       Beale as followeth

First      Coll Ninian Beale did you survey the Manner above mention'd
       for my Lord Baltemore

Answ.r   Yes

Ques      How came you to survey it

Answ.r      As being Survey.r of the County at that time and by speciall
       Order from my Lord Baltemore

Questian   Did you at the same time as you bounded the first Tree of the said
       Mannor bound the abovesaid Red Oak whereon your hand is now
       laid for the North East Corner Tree of My Lord Baltemores said Mann.r

Answ.r   Yes at the same time with my own hands before I went off
       from the said Land

Quest.n      Coll Beale did you Runn the said Mannor Round at the same time

Answ.r      No for after I had bounded the first Tree of the Said Mannor I
       Runn the first Course and bounded the Second Tree of the Said
       Mann.r finding the North Course to be so swampy ^ Hill thought
       it better Running upon Collington so went back to the first Tree
       and Runn the Breadth of the Said Mannor up to Collington and
       Then Bounded the abovesaid Redd Oak for the North East Corner Tree
       of the said Mannor and then Runn West Eight hundred Perches to
       a Redd Oak which I then bounded for the North West Corner Tree of
       the said Mannor
