                                                        with Interest in three Months


          Ordered that M.r John Gresham take security of John Carpenter and
       Samuel Peale for fifty six pounds seven shillings and Eight pence if
       somuch they had in their hands at the time of their being served with the
       Injunction as the Effects of John Goodwin for the Use of Samuel Young
       Esq with the Damages of Protest and Cost if it shall be so Decreed







                               The Court Adjournes till the Second Tuesday in July

          By Virtue of a Comission from the high Court of Chan.ry To us Thomas Sprigg and
       Thomas Clagett Directed bearing Date the 13.th day of Aprill 1711 and in the Ninth
       Year of the Reigne of our Sovereigne Lady the Queen Anne by the Grace of God ^Queen^ of
       Great Britain France &c.a Requireing us thereby to call before us the said Thomas
       Sprigg and Thomas Clagett such Evidences as shall be Nominated and produced
       to us by Robert Tyler of Prince Georges County Touching their knowledge and
       Remembrance of the Bounding of the third and fourth Trees of my Lord Baltemores
       Mannor in Prince Georges County Lying on the West Side of a Branch called Collington
       and the first and second Trees of a Tract of Land Called Darnalls Grove
