       Richard Sweatnams Ex.rs
       Compl.ts  v                             It is the opinion of the Court
       Elias Kings Ex.rs Defd.ts     that Elias Kings Estate be
                                               Accountable for so much of Rich.d
                                          Sweatnams Estate as came to the hands
                                     of the said Edward Sweatnam provided it
                            Appear that so much of said Edward Sweatnams
                       Estate ^came^ to said Elias Kings hands as will answer the
                  the same otherwise that the said Kings Estate be only
            Answerable for Said Richard Sweatnams Estate as farr
       as he had Estate Assets of said Edwards Estate and further
       that the Ex.rs of said King be answerable out of his Estate for
       what shall appear of said Richard Sweatnams Estate to
       have come to his hand and not Legally Adm.rs by the said
       Elias King or his Ex.rs

           And further that Col Richard Tilghman M.r James Harris &
       M.r John Wells or any two of them be appointed by Especiall
       Comission out of this Court as Masters in Chancery Extroadinary
       on this occasion to Examin the Evidences upon Oath or ^sufficient^ such
       other Testimony as shall be produced to them upon Whose
       Report the Decree of this Court will be Grounded
       And also allow the Ex.rs of said King for such paym.ts as have been by
       him y.e said King made out of the said Estate


WH   John Salter Compl.t
                   v                        Decreed that the Defend.t pay the pl.t
WB   John Parsons Defd.t     Eight Thousand pounds of Tobacco with
                                           Lawfull Interest and Cost of Suite within
                                       Three Months next Ensueing that the Defend.t
                                     be foreclosed of all Equity of Redemption in the
                                  said Lands Mortgaged  And that the Defend.t be
                                  Injoyned to Deliver the possession thereof to the Compl.t
                               to remain to him and his heires for ever according to the
                               prayer in the Bill
