       Six hundred Acres of Land and so to which of the two was
       the Land made over to first that is what Deed was first
       Executed

6.thly   Did you ever Signe Seale and Deliver and Deed or Conveyance
       unto the Said Richard your Brother of the Same Land What was
       your Intent for Soe doing was the same before or after the Conveyance
       You made to the said James Neale and was not your Intentions that
       the said Mary Adderton should be possessed of and Enjoy the Said
       Tract of Land

7.thly   Did your brother Calvert apply himself to you in order to make Void
       M.r Neales Title to the said Six hundred Acres of Land  Did he tell
       you the said Neale designed to defraud your Neace of the said Land
       did he desire you to make over the said Land to him to prevent M.r
       Neales Cheating his Daughter of the said Land

8.thly   hath the said Rich.d Calvert made you any satisfaction or paym.t
       for the said Land

9.thly   Did the Deed bear any Date that you made to your Brother Rich.d
       did you Informe him that you had made a Deed of the same Land
       unto the Said James Neale and he did Tell you he would putt a Date
       to the Said Deed himself or did promise you to Convey and Confirm
       the same unto the Said Mary Adderton did he not promise you that
       he would at any time make over all his Right and Title unto y.e
       Said Mary Adderton did he not ^likewise^ promise you that he would at any
       time likewise tell you that he was about purchasing the whole 3000
       Acres whereof the said six hundred acres is part from the Agertons &
       that he could not doe the same without having a Conveyance from
       you ^for^ the said six hundred Acres Which he promised as above to give
       unto the said Mary

10.thly   Was not this Promise of him the Said Richard to you to make
       over the said six hundred Acres unto the Said Mary Adderton and her
       heires the whole and Sole Consideration which moved you to make
       any Deed of Conveyance of the Said Land to the said Richard

11.thly   Had you any discourse or Communication with your brother Richard
       Calvert on the Road when he was in the Sheriffs Custody going to
