       to Annapolis and if so what did he the said Rich.d Calvert say
       unto you





                         By Virtue of a Comission out of the high Court of
       Chancery of this Province of Maryland to us directed bearing Date
       the first day of November 1710 Nominating and apointing us Com.rs
       to Examine Evidences in and Concerning a Cause in the Said Court
       Depending Between James Neale Jerom Adderton & ux.r Compl.ts
       and Richard Calvert Who being in Due manner and forme  Sworne
       Make the upon Oath the following Answers to the Severall Into.rys
       hereunto annex't Viz.t

          To the first Int.ry M.r Charles Calvert Answereth that he knoweth
       his father had three thousand Acres of Land in Piscataway Patent
       of which he the said Charles had in his possion Severall years

To y.e 2.d   Answered that M.r Neale did appoint he was both year & Eye Wittness
       to his fathers Covenant and Promise to give M.r James Neale Six hundred
       Acres of Land out of the above three thousand Acres of Land in Marriage
       with this Deponents Sister and for this Reason he beleives & knowes M.r
       Neales Grant to be his fathers Act and Deed

to y.e 3.dly   Answered that M.r James Neale did apply himself to him the Said Depon.t in
       order to have the Land Confirmed unto him and that accordingly this
       Depon.t did by Deed make over unto M.r James Neale and Confirm unto
       him the six hundred Acres of Land now in possession Dispute according
       to his this Deponents Fathers Intention

to y.e 4.th   Answered that he this Depon.t did release unto M.r James Neale his heires
       and assignes the six hundred acres of Land in dispute by deed bearing Date
       and Executed Sometime in November in the year one thousand Seaven
       hundred and Seaven

to y.e 5.thly   Answered that being much Impertuned by his Brother Rich.d Calvert this
       Depon.t Did release unto him the Said Richard the above Six hundred
