700 being duely Examined and Sworne upon the holy Evangelist Saith that the above Mentioned white oake was the Reputed bounds which parted the Land between John Elzey and W.m Cole and further Saith not Memorandum That by Virtue of a Comission from the high Court of Chancery Dated the first day of November 1710 to us the Subscribers Directed have in obedience thereunto take the Depositions abovesaid Viz.t That of Denwoods Bozmans and Elzeys as wittness our hands & Seales y.e day and year first abovementioned Geo Gale (S) J West (S) James Neale and Jerem Addertons ^Interrogatorys^ Depositions vs.s Rich.d Calvert Interrogatorys made to M.r Charles Calvert 1.st Doe you know or remember that your father had any Right to or in any Land in Piscataway in Prince Georges County 2.dly What doe you know of six hundred Acres of ^the said^ Land which your father did Grant unto M.r James Neale upon his Marring Your Sister or did you See any Deed or Paper thereunto relating which you beleive to be your fathers Act and Deed and what Reason have you to beleive soe 3.dly Did the said James Neale Apply himself to you to gett the said six hundred Acres of Land Confirmed to him according to your fathers Intent 4.thly did you ever make over and Confirm unto the said James Neale his heires and Assignes and when and at what time did you Signe the Deeds for the making over the Said Land 5.th Did you ever release unto your brother Richard Calvert the above s.d Six |
