       Said Runn and Tenn Acres on the other side such Runn of Water
       together with all Liberty to take fall and Cutt Downe & Carry
       away either by Land or Water any wood or Timber wood fitt
       for building a Mill other then Timber fitt to spitt into Clapboards
       upon any the Lands next adjoyning to the said Twenty Acres
       of Land lying on each side the said River of Water at Thomas
       Ushers afd in the County afd and if it be to the Damage and
       prejudice of us  And to what Damage and prejudice of others
       and of whom and in what manner and how & of what
       Value they are by the Year according to the true Value thereof
       Now before any other Improvements of the said Twenty
       Acres of Land and who are the present Posess.rs of the said
       Twenty Acres of Land and what Land & Tenements Remain
       to the present Posess.rs over the said Twenty Acres  And if the
       said the Land remaining above to the said present Possess.rs
       over the said Twenty Acres will Suffice to uphold their
       Mann.r Viz.t the Sixth Part of their manner allotted them by the
       Conditions of Plantations for the Demesne as before y.e Alienation
       so as the County by the Alienation afd in Default of the
       present possession more then was wentt to be not Charged and
       Grieved  And the Inquisition thereupon openly & distinctly
       made to us in our Chancery under the Seale and Seales of them
       by whom it was made without delay you send Wittness our
       Self at the City of Annapolis this twenty eighth day of
       October in the Ninth Year of our Reigne &c Annoq Dm 1710

                I The Under Written doe hereby assigne and make over unto
       Daniel Perkins all that my Right Title and Interest in the within

       that I might have Enjoyed my Self from me by heires Ex.rs
       Adm.rs or assignes to him his heires Ex.rs Adm.rs & Assignes
