                By Virtue of her Majestys Writt of Adquod Damnum out of her Maj.tys
       high Court of Chanc.ry (bearing Date the Twentieighth day of October last past)
       to me directed Commanding me to Sumons Twelve Good and Lawfull men of my
       Bayliwick to make Diligent Inquirey of the Damages of Twenty Acres of
       Land at the head of Morgans Creek in said County Viz.t  Tenn Acres of Land
       On the one side of the said Run and Tenn Acres of the other side the said
       Runn of Water for the building of a Mill at the head of said Creek for Thomas
       Usher of said County by him assigned to Daniel Perkins of [illegible] said
       County

                  The Care therefore to Certify that in obedience to the said Writt I have
       sumond Impanelled and Sworne Twelve Good and Lawfull men of my Bayliwick
       Qualified as the said Writt requireth who upon their oaths (beginning at a bound
       Marked Redd Oake standing on the West Side of the Main Branch Commonly
       called the head of Morgans Creek and from said Oake Running West and by North
       forty perches then East and by South to a Markt poplar standing by Said Runn
       and then up the said Runn and by with said Runn to the first Tree containing
       Tenn Acres on the West Side Runn then beginning at the Runn Side on the
       East side said Runn opposite to the afd oake on the West Side Running
       thence East and by South forty perches then South and by West forty perches
       then West and by North to the said Runn then up the said Runn to the first
       Begginning on the East Side Containing Tenn Acres on the East Side said Runn
       The which said Tenn Acres of Land on the West Side said Runn The which
       said Tenn Acres of Land on the West Side said Runn Wee the Jury Value to five
       hundred pounds of Tobacco  Wee the Jurors not knowing the owners
